Now that I found it.
Now that I found the item, we can move on. The night was young. This is the story about my attempt to make my phone work again. It was a late night in the capitol city. The last bus just picked up their last passenger. The night was almost over. The breeze was slightly blowing the leaves across my yard. I walked outside to feel the breeze on my face, but when I stepped outside the wind stopped blowing. Yet, when I walked back inside, the wind began to blow again. This has nothing to do with the story, I just felt it was weird.

I was sitting at my desk after a long day. The day consisted of work. I had to work a long shift. It was a total of 6 hours. This is a long shift for a man with a tough life. I couldn’t imagine ever working longer than 6 hours. I have to give props to anyone that works more than 6 hours, it takes a lot to do that so good job, guys. Anyway, the day was a long, hard day that consisted of me sitting in front of a computer screen. I was doing my schedules for the infants. They have been bad lately, so I wasn’t forced to give them any hours. This being said, I have to tell you that I didn’t have to work hard at all. But what happened later was what killed me.

After work, I had to go and get something to eat. I decided to go to Taco Bell. I wanted to kill my insides, so I ordered a few extra items. If I was going to kill my insides, I wanted to make sure they wouldn’t become zombies afterwards. After scarfing the few tacos down and sitting for a few minutes, I started to feel the pain. I ran to the bathroom and died there. Yes, I am telling you that I am the living dead. My sole purpose was to find one thing. I was searching for the one item that I couldn’t find. The item has a lot of purpose and I needed to find it, so I had to find it, even if it took me all night.

After a hour of searching, I found the item. I found the item and now I am not using it. I found the item on the ground. I couldn’t tell you guys about finding the item until I found the item, but I finally found it.  The reason I am not using it is because I found the same item before finding the other item, so now I have two of the same item, so I don’t need the other. But the morale of the story is that I just wasted your time telling you about an item that I don’t even need. You’re welcome!

No fucking signal…Get this fixed.
It was a long night at work, it was beyond busy and I was excited to get off. I was enjoying some music on the way home thinking about my video game that I wanted to play. When I got home and plopped in the video game, I put my headphones in my phone and turned on YouTube. Soon after the game started, I looked down to see that my Wi-Fi wasn’t turned on. I tend to turn off my Wi-Fi at work, because Wal-Mart has a signal that is very weak and my phone usually connects to it, causing all my notifications to not pop up. I turned on my Wi-Fi and went back to watching the YouTube video. Moments later a message popped up. This message was telling me that my phones data was running out (easy way of saying my phone has used a lot of data) I was unsure on why my phone was showing me this, but I guess its because my broadband isn’t working? Like are you serious?

I am disconnected from the Wi-Fi that I pay for. At&t U-verse has become one big joke. Their internet is slow, but that is okay for me. I just need this Wi-Fi to post my blog from my tablet, but right now I cant even do that. Now, I have to call these freaking people and listen to them tell me to do the same thing I just did, only for them to schedule a technician out, which wont happen until Monday, most likely! I don’t know how I am going to post, most likely I will have to make my phone a hotspot until I post my blog (Whoot, more DATA!) This has me so annoyed, I am sick of having to wait for people to fix their equipment, especially when I pay an arm and leg for the service. You would think that a phone service would have better internet and equipment, but nah, they don’t. This whole situation has me wanting to drop this service and go back to Comcast, even though they are rip-offs and super rude. I don’t know, All I know is that I am pissed and disconnected from the world, even while I pay the mass amounts of money to have such service…

Not only am I restricted from posting my blogs, now I have to be very careful on what I do with my phone. My dad, Ariel and I have been sharing 20+ Gigs of data, which goes pretty fast between us. One major reason is that I love to listen to songs on YouTube while going to work or coming home. Now, I can’t self-consciously watch a video without feeling some regret for doing so. I love to type with music, but I can’t do that. I want to watch a few FX videos, but I fear the consumption, and I want to catch up on a few of my favorites, but I know that will bleed us dry. I am so pissed, I am, I am, I amm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wrote this and can’t even save it to my cloud because of no internet connection. I’m so annoyed…

It is happening
I have made a lot of pages in the past, most of them being pages for my blog. This time I will be making a Facebook page for something a lot cooler! I think, other than my Impromtdude page, this will be my most favorite page. This page will be dedicated to my new found hobby.

I’m going to make a new page for my special effects hobby, called Impromtdude Effects. I am still deciding if I want this name to stick, but it will work for now. For now, I will take the time to make material for the new page, while also trying to grow it as fast as possible. It is going to be fun to make the material and find ways to get the page out there. This is something I need to care more about with Impromtdude, but they both will be connected.

This page is for an art called “Special effects” and it will feature my work. This work has covered Burns, cuts, slit wrist, ripped fingers and bruises. This wont be the only thing it touches on, though. This page will also touch on how to get better if you are wanting to be an effects artist, yourself, by teaching a few techniques that I use and so on and how to make certain materials so you don’t have to spend a fortune on something you don’t know you truly want to do. Now, I do know I am new, but I know enough to teach others.

My biggest goal is to do effects for haunted houses as I progress towards bigger jobs. I have done a few effects so far and they will be featured on this new page, so will you go check it out? Join this journey with me as I attempt to do something I honestly love. I will still be a full time blogger, but I will also be doing effects. It is pretty easy to keep both going, so that is what I will be doing. Click below to help me out!

We all have that one fantasy, or something that we would really like to do. I know in my lifetime I want to see the Chicago Cubs actually win the World Series. This being said, this season looks to be the best chance they have, well until they started this series with the L.A. Dodgers. They have dropped their last two games, making it 2-1 and sadly putting them in the position to lose this series, since the next two games are in L.A. Now, let me clarify; I am not a Chicago Cubs fan, nor will I ever jump off my Royals. I am just excited to see history being made, which is what would happen if they did win the World Series. I went as far as promising something crazy if they do win.

I know I am in no position to negotiate with God, nor was that my intention. I just thought it was a good idea at the time. I recently posted to Facebook after the Cubs got shut out for the second straight game. The status said “I will finish my youth pastor studies if the Cubs win, because then we will know that God does exist.” I am being very serious. If the Cubs win, I will study the bible like never before, I will get some kind of certificate (somewhere in the future,) and I will become the thing most want me to become; a youth pastor.

Now, don’t expect me to do this all at once. Clearly I want to get back into studying and going to church and such. But it will eventually happen. I could be Jenkins (Jinx) it, but I thought this would get the Heavens to help the struggling Cubs, also I might as well finish the education I started.

The Chicago Cubs are on their way to get eliminated, and it’s all because of their batting. Their defense is what kept this team alive, thus far. But now without their batting abilities, we could see the cubs out in the next two games. Their hottest hitters (Rizzo, Russell, Heyward, Fowler and Zobrist) have only hit 12 out of their last 109 appearances (Playoffs). If it weren’t for Montero hitting the late grand slam, off the bench in game one, we could be looking at a 0-3 deficit. The Cubs have the pitching, disregarding Arietta’s horrible outing to win this, but something has to come back alive; their bats. They will need to find some hope in their bats and turn them back on. You can’t expect to not hit well and beat the L.A. Dodgers. The Cubs need to get their five big hitters back on track, or they might as well pack up and go home.

We will have to see what the future brings but I think we could still see history being made, this season. It’s not a big deficit, but they have to get back on their game. This is where we will see if the Cubs are the real deal. They have the talent, they just need to find a way to put it together and go after it. Cleveland will be waiting for the winner, lets hope it’s Chicago.

I was watching a YouTuber (Mr. Mattyplays) that spends a lot of time on Fallout. Since fallout 4 is done releasing their Dlcs, Mr.Matty is officially done with this installment. Luckily, he still going to be posting content, though it wont be Fallout, he knows how to make his content amazing. He is one of the best YouTubers from his great material. While I was watching him, he said something that hit a nerve. He was talking about his future and what he was going to do now. As he stated his plan for the future, he told his audience what keeps his content top notch, even if it’s something different. This statement was “You never know what will go viral, so you have to make sure everything is 100%” I was left in shock as it hit home.
I post everyday, but I don’t put my full ability into every post. Some days are hard to get motivated as other days are busier. This usually ends with me posting something fast, just to get something up. The quality is strongly affected by my decisions and leaves me feeling very shameful. I don’t want to do that anymore, though. I want to take pride in my work, because Matty is right, you never know what is going to go viral. I never know who will stumble across my blog. Stephen King could stumble across my blog at anytime, just think if I posted crap for the last two days and he saw that. That would ruin my career and would leave me in more pain, than a woman in labor. This is why I am coming to any writer with a challenge. This challenge will push you to go farther than before.  Welcome to the #Hopingtogoviral challenge!
The #Hopingtogoviral challenge is just that. You are hoping to go Viral, which should motivate you to give your 100% in every post, even when you are busy. The way that you can do this is by doing three things. You have three options!

1. Don’t post- If you are too busy to write, then don’t post. This is the best way to avoid crap is to not write it. Your fans will understand and you will have time to work on the next post. Don’t over stress yourself, take the time you need!

2. Post shorter content- This is another option. I have found that people interact more when you post shorter post. This could be because they don’t like to read, or they could see better material. I know its hard to keep a spine going, especially when you are trying to write long post, this is why its important to keep some post short and sweet, that way you can focus on quality, also you give your readers something to quickly read at work!

3. Set time aside- Instead of playing video games  (as I do) why not just work? Writing is my second job, but sometimes I don’t act like it. Sometimes writing is just another chore. This can’t be so if I plan to ever go viral. I have to put writing first, which sadly includes Editing!!! Editing sucks, but it is crucial for the final product to be good. This is why you need to set time aside and work on your trait. The best way to go viral is to have material better than anyone else’s. Do you think you can do that without editing? NO! Set time aside, now!!!!

#Hopingtogoviral is going to help everyone get better. I know it might suck, but you will thank me later. I will be keeping you guys posted with my progress. Let me know how you are doing, I would really like to know! Email me @ and tell me your story!!!!!!

The new hair

I am feeling very fresh. Why? Well I’m glad you asked, it’s all because of my brand new hair cut! Before I had long shaggy, heavy hair, but now I have short, light, and cool hair. I haven’t had short hair in almost a year, and it’s been killing me. My hair has been getting in my eyes, falling on my shoulders, making my face itch, and making it feel like something on me, but now I don’t have to worry about that. I will now have no worry at work, because my hair’s too short to fall into food, and I won’t have to worry about my face itching during an order. But the best part of the whole thing, is the fact that I am the one who cut it.

I am very anal with haircuts, and will never step into a barber shop. I use to have my dad cut it, but I have grown out of his house, and now I am on my own. Also, he likes to cut my hair super short, but I no longer like having super short hair. When I moved out of his house, I tried having someone cut my hair, but they made it look like waves. I was pissed when I saw the results, so after I fixed it, I went out and bought my own clippers. Since then, I have been cutting my own hair. That way, if I mess up, I can’t blame it on anyone else and I know me better than anyone else.

But this wasn’t always the same Blake. This Blake did like getting his hair cut, and allowed others to cut it, way back when. I was young, I was dumb, and I didn’t know what hair styles there were, but I knew that my dad always gave me a “flattop.” My dad offered to take me to the barber with him. I was young, so I told him that I would. I wasn’t planning on getting a haircut, nor did I want one. I was okay with my dad cutting my hair. I told him this, and he agreed. But after a hour of waiting in the barber shop, I was sold into getting a haircut. The barber asked “what would you want today?” I told him that I wanted a ‘flattop’ he said “okay.” After twenty minutes of this barber messing with my hair, he turned me around. My eyes were burning from the sight of this hairmess.

The flattop was too long, it didn’t seem that he cut anything off, I asked for him to cut more. He huffed and cut a little off, still not even close to what I wanted, but I knew he wasn’t going to keep cutting, so I said okay and got up. The bill was $15. $15!!!!! Are you serious! That’s a crap load of money for a shit job. I didn’t even get what I wanted. Since that day I haven’t stepped into a barber chair, I won’t either. If I’m going to pay someone that much, why not just buy the crap myself?
That experience traumatized me, forever. I don’t want anyone touching my hair. I love every hair on my head, so why would I allow others to ruin my beauty? I say f$#k them, I’ll just do it myself. Though, I know there are great barbers, I still don’t want to have someone else to accidentally screw it up. So as you see, I cut it myself!

On other hand, I had something come in the mail, yesterday. I have been shopping on ‘wish’ and recently bought a cute little gift. If you know me, you know I like to golf. Well, I found tees that meet my personality perfect.

Yes they are nude girl golfing tees, but they only cost me $1, so who is the real winner. Also, I can now “smash” a girl, and now get into trouble!

On March 23rd, 1994, a boy was born. His parents decided to name him Gregory Blake Jenkins. He was born into a world that was going to bring him many joys and pains, but most importantly, a world that was full of many opportunities. Blake was a big baby, getting the nickname “potato sack” early in life.
As he grew up, this little boy, needed to decide what he wanted to be called. Not knowing how to spell Gregory, he chose Blake, on that day he would now consider himself “Blake.” Though later he would wish he would have chosen “Gregory.” After getting his name  situated, he now had to decide what he would like and dislike. This was a hard decision for him, as he didn’t know what to like, and caused him to like things that his peers liked, over what he enjoyed.

Since his peers liked expensive toys, Blake was scared to ask for these items, but he really wanted it. So on a slow day in Second grade, Blake set out to get these fancy toys, by stealing from his friends. The kids were messing around, when one of the kids launched a toy (the toy he wanted) over to him. He quickly grabbed the toy, and put it in his book bag. He was caught doing so, and was forced to say sorry and give it back. The teacher called his parents, which ended in his parents being disappointed. From that day, Blake didn’t want to steal anything, anymore. Later on, at 7, Blake’s parents would get divorced, causing Blake to be thrown through loops and loops of a crazy rollercoaster.

Flash foward to high school.
Blake had gone through a lot, but now was starting to feel better about life. His mother was sadly out of the  picture, but he was finally content with that fact. He didn’t need her, he had everything he needed. Blake was able to say he was finally happy, but life was going to get a lot better. This is when he found his Savior, Jesus Christ, on February 22nd, 2009. This small event helped shape his future for the next few years. Though friends left his side, Blake kept his eyes towards Jesus, and made it his mission to spread the gospel. His new found Christianity led him to meet new friends, that would later impact his life forever. But the two biggest effects from finding Christ was: his music career and his want to become a youth pastor.
It was sophomore year, in high school, when Blake decided to become a youth pastor. This is when he began to prepare sermons and started to study the Bible continuously. The more that he studied, the more that he realized that this was his purpose. He was meant to do great things for Christ. During that time, Blake was also working on “living example band: Let your light shine” this being his first album, containing 10 original songs that were recorded in his room. During this time, Blake was also a writer and was working on three books and one script; a romantic novel, a suicidal prevention book, a horror novel, and a script for a horror movie.
Blake spent hours playing guitar, writing and studying the Bible. But the decision came up; where did he want to go to college? He knew that he wanted to follow God, but didn’t know where that meant. That is when, a girl named Emilee, came bursting into my life. Great things came from this, but also a few bad things. He decided where he wanted to go, for college, and what he would pursue. He was going to same college as her. The plan was solid, but she decided that they shouldn’t talk anymore. This broke Blake’s heart, and left him emotionless. He tried to cope with the pain through all sources, but nothing helped, he was going to die feeling this way.
During this pain, Blake was looking for a way to stop the hurt. One day, while in study hall, Blake pulled out his Macbook, and started to type a blog. This blog was the first of many and was titled “The problem with getting over it!” The blog was telling people that he wasn’t alright, and that she really destroyed him. He discussed what happened, and why he was so hurt. Writing this blog was the only time that he would forget about Emilee. This was his escape from life, which he used every Tuesday.
Blake released his second album in the spring of 2012, titled “Beyond the shadows.” Another 12 original songs were added to his recorded total. But this was the time that he experienced a heartbreaking blow, also. He was robbed. Someone came into his house and stole his computer. This included his flash drive with his original stories, and all his lyrics. Being without anyway to write, Blake decided to lay down the pen and focus on school. This is when he changed his career path and decided to go to seminary.
He lasted a few months in seminary, but didn’t feel that it was worth it, and came back home to follow his dream as a writer. Months after getting home, he met his wife, Ariel, and started a new blog “The voice from beyond,” which was used to give advice. The blog lasted a few months, but it wasn’t the same as the previous blog, so Blake decided to give writing a long-term break.
While on break, Blake got engaged to Ariel. He also moved to a new apartment, and started picking up more hours. He was pulling in extra hours, but the money wasn’t bringing him happiness. There was something that was missing, which happened to be writing. Blake was in a deep writers block, but he knew that had to end, soon. This is when he started to write from prompts. He was able to write again, and decided to start a new blog. The name was what prompted him to make the blog, and pushed him to create “Impromtdude.” Impromtdude defined is “Random dude,” which explains Blake perfectly. He started posting weekly, at first, but started posting more as time went on.
A year after posting his first original story “Night Crawler Journals,” Blake decided to start posting daily. During this time, Blake got a huge opportunity. While on Twitter he was confronted and asked if he would do a review for an upcoming movie, “The chair.” He got a huge amount of credit for the post, which led to a big part of his following.
Impromtdude is doing better than ever, and that is all due to the amazing fans. The views are up in numbers, the likes are increasing, and he is now getting more comments. But the best part is that people are coming to him, to post for them.
Impromtdude is working on a huge amount of projects, right now. They will be published in the near future, something that Blake is excited about. The biggest project that he is working on is his novel, Drifting Away, and more details will be coming soon. Until then, enjoy the daily post’s!

Thanks for reading!

I love you.
