Everyone is so excited…but im sitting here waiting.
Orange is the new black just released the next season on Netflix, which has everyone mind blown. All the girls are glued to their computer screens, watching a T.V. show about a group of prisoners. Though, I don’t know about the show, I can tell its not my cup of tea, but it seems to be getting a lot of attention, lately, especially by the wife. She loves when the new seasons come on, and will spend days watching the whole season, only to be forced to wait another year for another season. I would call that crazy, but I have the same problem, but just with another show. A show that has released their season 9 DVD release date.

If you know anything about me, you should know that ‘The Big Bang Theory’ is simply my favorite T.V. show. I recently started watching the show, and I fell in love instantly, which led to buying every season, except the one that isn’t out yet, but happiness was giving to me when I found out, they are releasing the Season 9 DvD set on August 29th, 2016. Though, August is still 2 months away (the 29th ) I am all so excited to have the season in my hands, and to be able to catch up, with Sheldon and the crew, before the premiere of Season 10, which is either September 26th or October 27th, 2016. My Big Bang excitement is at the highest, and I can relate to these little girls with OITNB.

We all have a favorite T.V. show that we are following, and that we love to spend hours watching. My wife and I have finished 8 seasons of BBT (Big bang theory,) so I cant give too much shit to you series lovers! I just don’t enjoy the show, but others might not enjoy BBT as I do, which is okay. I hope that every OITNB fan has a great night, try to get some snacks and enjoy your binge watch. I will be working tonight, also waiting patiently for Aug. 29th.

So gay marriage got legalized today in all 50 states of America today by the Supreme court. Gays can now marry as they want. The lgbt community is excited by the 5-4 vote that took place, But now we have certain people wanting to take it away from them, this is what I have to say to you:
Stop griping about gays getting rights, they (as anyone else) deserve to love who the want. It isn’t like they are asking for all the churches to be burnt down, or for the congress to give them all brand new homes. They are asking for the right to get married, the same right that straight people have.
They are not creatures that we just found on the side of the road and took into our society, no these are the same people that we work with, go to school with, live next door to, and talk to while waiting on our food at Mcdonalds. They don’t have different organs in their bodies, nor do they act any different from us “Normal” people. If you believe they are different, then you are just an asshole.
We all have one friend that is gay. My best friend came out in the middle of class during freshman year of high school. No one knew that he was gay, nor did anyone care. We accepted the awesome man that he was, and we chose to be his friend, not because he was straight, but because he was a cool guy.
The honest truth is that Gay people deserve to have the right to marry who the want as anyone else. This should have been giving to them a long time ago. But even with them getting the right, you will always have those people thinking they know what is right and wrong.
There will always will be those people that disagree, in this situation sadly it is the Christian community. The same people that are suppose to love their neighbors better than they love themselves, are the ones throwing stones at these people asking for equality.
They are posting on Facebook that this is an act of Satan, but honestly what is different from them getting rights, next to the priest touching children, or a pastor cheating on his wife, meaning that if it is a sin, who cares. No one is perfect, no matter how much you polish them.
For those who say that this wasn’t how the country was built, you guys are blind. I want to say that this falls into the freedom of choice, the same area as Freedom of Religion. Meaning that they should have the same amount of freedom choosing who they marry as the Christian community choosing their God. We also fail to realize our founding fathers also found this country on “The pursuit of happiness.” If I had to rephrase that I would say that it means, Do whatever you can to find your way in this world, to the extent of being content with who you are.
With that being said who are we to tell someone they cant do something if it makes them happy. This country is found on equality, which is what they want. How can we keep that from them?

This is an old post from my last blog, but wanted to share it with my new followers!

Gayeeeee

Rights for the Gay!

There are nine million Homosexuals and Lesbians in the United States. With each gay I’m sure there are ten billion opinions about how free they should be. I have a two side opinion on their freedom, and what they should be able to do.

There are three reasons I believe gays should be able to go into any community without being judged.

1. They are people, not criminals- When you first see same sex couples holding hands most people will rolls their eyes, telling this couple to not show PDA in public, because they see it as unclean and inappropriate. Though what these people don’t understand, when you say that they aren’t allowed to do such things, you are stating that they are criminals.

2. Being gay doesn’t make them outcast- again, they are still people with the same emotions as Straights. Though they chose to get in a relationship with their same sex, doesn’t mean they are any different. I have a few gay friends, and none of them act any different from my straight friends!

3. Love is made for Everyone!- Everyone deserves to fall in love during their life. If you believe that gays shouldn’t be able to marry, yet believe a prostitute should, you have a corrupted mind-set. Love is an emotional attachment to another human being. If you say gays can’t fall in love then you have just said gays aren’t human, which is scientifically false, making your argument inaccurate and judgmental.

Being a Christian many will ask me if they are going to hell if they are gay; my answer is No, I don’t believe a loving God would throw a creation into hell for loving the same sex, if that’s the case then he would have to throw anyone that’s had sex before marriage into hell or someone who stole a piece of bubble gum.

If Jesus had intention to send those men and women to hell, he would have warned them in the four gospels, yet he never once mentioned it. Now what type of loving God would not warn his creation about the wrong leading to hell if it was so wrong?

There is one big problem I have found and that is;

Same sex marriage in church!- I believe everyone should be able to get married to whoever they want, yet if the pastor doesn’t want to marry you due to his beliefs, I don’t believe someone should get mad. This is the same as Christians not being able to go door to door to hand out invitation cards, it caused a problem of freedom, the freedom of religion or beliefs.

If a pastor doesn’t agree with gay marriage, no one should force it on him, or make him feel less about himself because he doesn’t agree!

Remember in the days to come, everyone is a human being. Meaning the golden rule still applies even to those who you find different, or out of place in the world. Just because you believe differently doesn’t mean you need to speak! Love everyone, and things will begin to change!

Thank you and have a nice day
